The owner is always present in the store this is to make that everything is fine and sunning smooth. The staff are also accommodating and quickly address the demands of their customers and clients. Very good experience. They have also an exclusive area for students who want to study. Recommended to everyone to visit the store

The place was the former Orange Chef Canteen and it became Black Scoop in the age of milktea. The Dos Castillas-Dapitan branch is just a month old and its just taking baby steps but it will definitely become a go-to place in Dapitan. Aside from the longer waiting time for the rice meals, I have no other issues. I hope they will add a crew to avoid pandemonium in the future. The servings of pasta dishes are good for two while the six pieces of buffalo wings are good for groups of three. I will definitely go back for more of their brown sugar latte.

Food and drinks are great and you get the quality expected for it's price. The service is also great despite some staff having lapses at times, where it can still be improve. Location does provide a cozy feel despite it's size. Street parking is available but is limited.
